Kind Shock

Kind Shock is a brand founded in 1998 by Martin Hsu specialized in the production of seatposts, suspensions and components for MTB. At the beginning the company produced seatposts suitable only for enduro and trail but, over the years, it has also developed products suitable for XC and gravel bikes.

For some years Kind Shock has also started to produce dropper seatposts with the possibility of being adjusted by means of a remote control to be placed on the handlebar. KS seatposts are available in different styles and models such as, for example, with internal or external passage of cables or with adjustment lever integrated in the tube itself. The seatposts adapt to every seat tube and to any riding style: from XC to enduro there are models for everyone.

Some models have the remote control seatpost ks, with cable and cable housing, which allows you to adjust the height of the saddle even while you are pedaling. KS realizes two different styles of remote controls: Over-Bar and 1X remote. The Over-Bar is the remote control sold with most seatposts and is designed to be mounted on both the left and right side of the handlebar. It is available in different materials including polycarbonate, alloy and carbon fiber depending on the quality you are looking for.

The 1X remote control, on the other hand, can be positioned only on the left side of the handlebar and is both easy to install and compatible with many seatpost models.

In addition to the seatposts, the company also produces carbon or aluminum handlebars, stems and saddles, perfect for accompanying you on all your rides.
