How we use cookies in Italy

Following the changes made by the Directive 2009/136 / EC on Privacy and Electronic Communications, implemented by Legislative Decree 28/5/2012, n. 69, of the Provision of the Privacy Guarantor "Identification of the simplified procedures for the information and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies" of 8 May 2014, the managers of websites that use cookies or other monitoring technologies must inform the user about the types of cookies used by the site and request the prior consent of the same to send these cookies on the user's terminal device and / or to access the information registered therein.
