Returns and refunds

Innn the case of an online purchase, the sale in question is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree D.lgs no. 206 of 06/09/2005, which provides for the purchaser the possibility of exercising the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

The consumer may exercise this right within 14 days of receipt of the order.

The consumer then has the option of returning the purchased goods and receiving a refund or replacement from the seller.

PLEASE NOTE: In accordance with the request for replacement or refund, it is communicated that such operations will be carried out within and not later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned goods. In accordance with the buyer's order cancellation request, the refund operation will be processed within and not later than 10 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request; in this latter case, the commitment to issue the refund within 10 working days is contingent upon the condition that the goods subject to the order have not yet been shipped by the seller.

The right of withdrawal includes purchases made on our e-shop, by e-mail or telephone, delivered to your home or collected at our showroom. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers). Excluded from this right are purchases made by retailers and/or VAT holders and companies and, in general, by those who buy for their business activity.

The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is therefore not possible to exercise partial withdrawal on part of the purchased product (example: accessories). Moreover, the product must not be used or damaged and must includes the original package with labels.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless otherwise communicated in writing by the seller, all costs/charges for the return of products, including, among others, transportation costs, taxes, and/or customs duties, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Therefore, the customer is required to inquire about local and applicable customs regulations (contacting, if necessary, the relevant customs authorities) before placing an order to be aware of the costs they may incur in the event of a return.

Furthermore, the customer is informed that, in case of non-full payment of all costs due for the return (including taxes, duties, and/or customs charges):
a) The competent customs authorities may not authorize the importation of the products to be returned to Italy.
b) In order to allow the return of the product, the seller reserves the right to directly pay what is not paid by the customer, deducting the corresponding cost from any refund that may be granted to the customer.

The customer service is available for any clarification or further information regarding the management of returns and refunds.

HOW TO MAKE A REFUND

In case a REFUND has been requested, Pro-M S.a.s. Di Biffi Giovanni & C. will issue, within 10 working days from the return of the product, a credit to you with the issue of the credit note document.

If a VOUCHER has been requested, Pro-M S.a.s. undertakes to issue, within 10 working days from the return of the product, a voucher of the value of the product itself, to be used for future purchases on the website www.pro-mstore.com. We remind you that the vouchers cannot be accumulated.

If you have requested a REPLACEMENT of the size or colour of an item, Pro-M S.a.s. undertakes, within 10 working days from the return of the product, to replace the product in question (subject to availability).

In order to return or refund your purchase, you have to access your reserved area and complete the form to obtain the Return Authorization Number.
After receiving the code by e-mail, pack the goods carefully, inserting the RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER in the package. Products must be able to be resold by us as new and thus be in the original packaging.

After checking the integrity of the goods, a refund will be made, a voucher issued or a product replaced (subject to availability) within and no later than 10 working days of receipt of the goods. The customer is only entitled to the costs of returning the goods, while the costs of sending the new product will be borne by us.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

The products are guaranteed by the manufacturers and the duration of the guarantee depending on the type of product purchased. The date on the invoice or tax receipt is binding.

In order to take advantage of the warranty on a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT (manufacturing defect), it is possible to request a replacement, subject to sending documentation (photos) of the defect detected, by contacting the manufacturer's Customer Service Department, or by contacting our e-shop at tech@pro-m.com. Pro-M S.a.s. undertakes to replace the product (subject to availability) within 10 working days after returning the faulty item, sending it to the address indicated by the customer.
In order to make the return it is necessary to send the product by courier or mail at your own expense, attaching in the package the proof of purchase (printable from your account panel) to the following address:

The costs of collecting the defective goods and sending a new product shall be borne by us.
