ABSOLUTE BLACK 104BCD OVAL RING

Premium 1X 104 and 64bcd oval chainrings are designed for any crank using the 104bcd mounting interface. This is the most common mounting standard for Shimano and other 4-arm cranks.

A cyclist does not produce power evenly through a pedal stroke, while oval crowns maximize the part of the stretch where energy is produced and minimize resistance where it is not.

The oval rings make the centrifuge much smoother and are easier on the legs when climbing, transferring the torque to your rear wheel much more easily than a round crown.

Furthermore, with oval rings, the traction of the rear tire improves considerably on loose and slippery terrains: a more regular supply of power on the rear wheel allows you to maintain a better and constant cadence, obtain less stress on the joints (knees) and therefore be in able to maintain a certain level of effort longer. This results in a higher average speed.
