HOW TO MOUNT THE OVAL CHAINRING ON SRAM GXP, DUB AND BB30 CRANKS:

1. It is necessary to unscrew the 3 t-25 torx bolts from the crank. Then remove the spider + chainring combination. Clean the splines and grease them. Position the chainring (note that there is only one way to mount this chainring on the Sram crank, so there is no need to worry about how to do it). Tighten all 3 bolts to approximately 5-7Nm.
   The oval (elliptical) chainring does not affect the work of the clutch mechanism in the rear derailleur. Furthermore, it does not require a chain tensioner when used in singlespeed. Pedalling out of the saddle when climbing will become more pleasant. These chainrings also help you recover from knee injuries, as pedalling becomes smoother and less tiring. It is the most advanced oval chainring currently on the market.
