BCA HP2.5 203 MM DISC BRAKE

The BCA HP2.5 203 MM disc is designed to overcome the most common problems found on bike discs also in case of heavy duty uses.

The low steel track, with a particular profile, guarantees:

Better grip to the pad.
Better thermal exchange.
Less stress to lateral bending in operating temperatures.
Weight: 262 gr.
Thickness: 2,400 mm.

The aluminum spider, dedicated to each diameter, allows you to work with low tracks, decreases lateral stress and reduces weight.

HOW BCA HP2.5 203 MM DISC IS MOUNTED

Spider and track are riveted ("nailed") so as to reduce the vibrations transmitted from the disc to the pad and consequently to the pistons, a fixed disc is also most powerfull in the first part of the braking.

Braking remains always precise and constant and the HP2.5 allowed an use for E-Bike replacing the 3 mm disc.
