The CANNONDALE TOPSTONE CARBON 1 RLE BIKE is the perfect gravel bike for tackling everything from dirt roads to singletrack. With the grip and comfort of the Kingpin suspension, nothing is off-limits. The KingPin suspension increases comfort without adding extra weight and complexity to the shock joints: whether you need more comfort for long rides, more traction for cornering at the limit, or more absorption for more technical trails, - Kingpin is the lightweight, maintenance-free answer.
The SmartSense system, consisting of rearview radar and smart lights that increase awareness and visibility on the open road, allows you to ride in complete safety and awareness at all times.
Low-friction bushings, located on the KingPin suspension pivot, ensure smooth operation and maintenance-free reliability for a savings of more than 100 grams compared to traditional bearings.
The new design with lowered low chainstays allows tires up to 700x45 mm or 27.5 "x2.1 to be mounted, leaving 6 mm of wheel clearance on both sides and with standard camber for very easy wheel changes.
The size-specific Proportional Response design provides all the stiffness needed for each frame size and all the superb feel that Topstone is known for.
The bike rides on lightweight, smooth-rolling Hollowgram G-SL 27 carbon wheels perfect for gravel. The 27 mm internal width is perfect if you want to fit larger tires, and the 21 mm deep profile improves smoothness on gravel. With DT Aerolite spokes and DT Swiss 240 EXP hubs, the pair of wheels weighs only 1325 g.
OutFront geometry makes the bike stable, secure, maneuverable and agile. The elongated fork offset and open head angle keep the steering lively and easy to steer, while still offering maximum safety at high speeds over rough terrain.
The integrated wheel sensor communicates with the Cannondale App and captures detailed information on speed, route and distance traveled. It also allows the bike to be registered and serviced when needed.
The bike can mount a 27.2 mm telescopic seatpost with internal cable routing-a must-have for two-wheelers.
With bottle cages and mounts placed on the frame and fork, the bike is ready to be loaded.
