Featuring top-grade TPU, just a few microns thick, distributed across seven sealed layers, it maximizes airtightness and durability. The tubes are left uncolored to ensure material quality and prevent air retention issues caused by surface imperfections from dyes. Each ContiTPU tube undergoes strict quality control after production. The valve stem base is slightly tapered to improve rim adhesion and reduce unwanted movement, while the valve is internally threaded to allow for valve extensions or replacements.
