Cura Formula mtb one-piece brake discs are made of steel alloy, optimized through tests to compensate for thermal expansion and prevent the discs from deforming even at extremely high temperatures.

Tested by the best professional cyclists on the most demanding tracks in the world, these brake discs have demonstrated extreme lateral stiffness that ensures impact resistance protecting the disc from unwanted damage, as well as a significant reduction in unwanted noise caused by friction and a special anti-noise design that reduces the risk of resonance and vibration.

The braking surface of these brake discs has been designed to ensure reduced and uniform pad wear.
