The discs now feature a profile with rounded edges, precisely CNC-machined to increase safety and comply with the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) regulations. The rivets and fixing washers made of Grade 5 titanium represent a highly distinctive technical solution, consistent with previous versions, ensuring high lightness, strength, and reliability. The 1.8mm thick special steel braking track has been redesigned to improve braking performance, promote better heat dissipation, and allow for more uniform pad wear.

The exceptional development of the new X-Rotor SteelCarbon 3 discs was made possible through close collaboration with the UAE Team Emirates World Tour team (in Center Lock version).
