Maximum Responsiveness

The R2 unidirectional carbon sole is engineered to reduce weight and deliver ultimate stiffness (stiffness index: 10), making it the most responsive sole in the Fizik range. Large ventilation ports and internal channels ensure excellent airflow, keeping feet cool during rides.

The cleat positioning is slightly set back compared to traditional setups, optimizing pedaling efficiency and reducing knee strain — ideal for aggressive, advanced aerodynamic positions.
