FOCUS JAM2 SL 8.7 BIKE

The BICI FOCUS JAM2 SL 8.7 is a lightweight e-bike with a carbon frame, Fazua Ride 60 motor, 430wh battery, Dvo Diamond fork, RockShox Deluxe Select+ 150mm shock absorber with F.O.L.D. kinematics and Sram NX 1x12 trail-ready gearbox.
It is the perfect bike for entering the world of e-motorbikes and is ready to tackle any route. The frame, made entirely of carbon, optimises weight without compromising rigidity and usability. The top tube is designed in the most radical and minimalist manner. Thanks to the semi-integration of the shock absorber, the bike has a reduced stand-over allowing ample freedom of movement.
The FAZUA Ride 60 motor provides a natural pedalling feel and offers support when climbing. The compact and light, yet powerful e-drive has a torque of 60 Nm and a maximum power output of 450 W. If you need an extra push, the boost function helps you pedal easily even on the steepest stretches.
Thanks to the high efficiency of the FAZUA system and a 430 Wh battery, pedalling won't stop before you reach your Rider's High. The addition of a range extender provides a further 210 Wh.
There are three assistance modes and the motor support can be customised to suit your needs via the FAZUA app.
The geometry of the bike can be adjusted on two points: one is the steering angle and the other is the length of the chainstay. The steeper head angle of 65.5° results in a more agile handling of the bike, while the narrow position of 64.5° offers a more downhill-oriented setting. Changing the FLIP CHIP from 440 to 447 mm changes the entire set-up of the bike. Thanks to the longer chainstays, the bike is more stable and more manoeuvrable when climbing. The short setup leads to a more agile geometry.
Focus's F.O.L.D system has been adapted for this bike and the amount of links has been reduced, resulting in weight loss. The updated kinematic design reduces brake influences and allows maximum control of the bike in all situations.
