The tire offers perfect performance both on the straight and in corners, thanks to the wide side tyres that facilitate grip when cornering and thanks to the tread with a denser groove that ensures excellent control. The Tubeless Ready system offers tubeless or tubeless mounting and Exo sidewall reinforcement provides protection from abrasion or tearing.

TECHNOLOGIES

• EXO: extremely resistant to cuts and abrasions added to the sides of MTB tyres. This layer obtained with a super-light dense weave does not affect the performance of the tire.
• TR TUBELESS READY: The TR tubeless ready version of MAXXIS provides the biker with many advantages: the possibility to pedal with a reduced tyre pressure, this greatly improves traction; lower rolling resistance compared to tubeless tyres; lower possibility to have the tyre on the ground. Maxxis TR tubeless ready covers have the same advantages as UST tubeless covers without being penalized by the increased weight. For the TR version a standard casing is used and therefore requires the use of anti-puncture liquid for air tightness. Maxxis TR covers are the only covers approved for use with anti-puncture liquids.
  Maxxis TR tubeless ready tyres can also be used on non Tubeless wheels with the use of an inner tube.
