PAIR OF INCAS BRAKING BRAKES 2.0 WITH HEAT SINK AND 3 MM REAR DISC are perfect to be mounted on MTBs for DH, XC, Enduro, Marathon and E-Bike.
The braking system, innovative and high performance, can be customized according to the type of use and the feeling you want to have from your brakes.

The brakes are made of forged and CNC finished aluminium and, for this reason, they have higher internal working pressures than other systems: a higher internal pressure means higher braking force also by moving the brake lever a little bit while maintaining, at the same time, a very modular braking.

The new pipes made of Kevlar and braided steel, 5.7 mm, allow both a better internal passage and a reduction in weight while maintaining the high braking power performance that characterizes the Braking system.

The pads are wider for better grip between disc and pad and greater heat dissipation.

These brakes offer excellent braking sensitivity and, thanks to the minimum force required to operate the pads, greatly reduce the strain and muscle tension in the hands and arms allowing the rider to enjoy his MTB ride even more.

• The pumping unit was developed with the aim of separating mechanical and hydraulic functionality which are independent of the lever body. The hydraulics is based on an innovative system of interchangeable hydraulic cartridges inside which are inserted pumping units of different diameters.
• The two available sizes allow to vary the volume of fluid moved by the piston pushers and/or the speed/pressure with which the fluid is moved. The mechanics are based on a leverage system that can be modified independently of the pumping advancement in order to ergonomically adjust the lever, minimizing the vacuum stroke. The lever body and the pliers are made of forged and CNC machined aluminium.
• The pliers have a larger surface area so as to increase the heat exchange surface and guarantee excellent resistance.
• The oversized 26 mm pistons have undergone an oxidation process to increase strength, reduce wear and optimize durability. Braided hydraulic hoses ensure no deformation due to high oil pressure.

TECHNOLOGIES

In.Ca.S: the In.Ca.S technology allows you to customize the braking system using different pump diameters so you can adapt the system both to the feeling of the biker and the route to be faced.

9 mm of power and modulability of the pads that progressively approach the disc allowing the braking force to be measured in the best possible way.

The 10 mm cartridge offers greater readiness compared to the 9 mm cartridge: by moving a greater volume of oil, with the same amount of force applied, the fatigue of the rider's hands and arms is reduced, allowing a more aggressive braking feeling.
