PIRELLI P-ZERO RACE 4S TLR 700X28 28-622 TIRE

The PZERO Race 4S TLR is the first 4-season racing tire with tubeless technology capable of providing high grip in all weather conditions and greater puncture protection, while maintaining the characteristics of a racing tire in the PZERO Race range. This result has been achieved thanks to the combination of SPEEDCORE tubeless technology, the latest evolution in terms of casing, and SMARTNET Silica, which has the best formulation for wet grip and chemical grip among Pirelli compounds. Like the rest of the PZERO Race range, the PZERO Race 4S TLR is produced in Italy at the new Bollate factory.

TECHNOLOGIES

SmartNET™ Silica

Pirelli's SmartNET™ Silica technology provides low rolling resistance thanks to its natural anisotropic orientation, which reduces heat by increasing elasticity to minimize energy dissipation. Surprising wet grip. The elongated shape of silica ensures greater bonding surface with water molecules, increasing its natural chemical affinity and thus ensuring safe driving on wet surfaces. Puncture resistance and extended durability. The SmartNET™ Silica compound is composed of elongated particles that are organized orderly within the compound itself, creating a strong and durable tire structure.

SPEEDCORE

The most performing tubeless-ready road structure in the Pirelli range involves the use of a layer of mixed aramid compound covering the inner layer of the tire, allowing it to hold air. This new structure makes the tire more resistant, thanks to the presence of aramid, but at the same time less rigid and faster, due to the greater flexibility of the compound compared to a bead-to-bead fabric. The casing is then completed with a 120tpi Nylon canvas and an anti-puncture layer, also in aramid.
