The Q36.5 UNIQUE SALOPETTE redefines high-performance cycling apparel. The shorts are three-dimensional, ergocentric, and seamless. The different structures that make up the bibshorts are integrated and woven without the use of seams into a single panel.
The suspenders are "minimal," highly breathable that dry quickly, and the construction is inverted to increase comfort. Seams are hidden on the inside so they have no contact with the skin.
Ribbed construction with different densities designed to improve ventilation of the abdominal area and reduce heat generation.
The structure of this dungaree is appositely designed with different densities and is preformed in the cycling position, creating a "Peau d'Ange" (second skin) dungaree that takes the Q36.5 ergogenic concept to the highest level. All areas are designed to best support the different muscle groups involved during exercise.
The different levels of density on the quads correspond to different levels of graduated compression: from the maximum at the bottom of the shorts to the minimum at the top, stimulating and improving venous return during cycling.
The end has been cut and sealed using laser technology for maximum comfort and aerodynamics.
The lumbar part is the area with higher fabric density to give support to the lumbar and gluteal muscles. This allows the cyclist to have more stability, orientation, balance and proprioception in this critical area where all the major muscles used during pedaling are connected. This area contains pure silver wire that is useful both for its anti-bacterial and conductive properties and for its protective properties from electromagnetic fields that allow the muscles to work unimpeded.
The part in direct contact with the saddle is reinforced with Cordura® Polyamide, which provides greater stability in the saddle, prevents loss of power and ensures greater durability of the garment.
The innovative three-dimensional FUSION VENTED pad provides the ideal protection between the bib and saddle. The strategically placed high-density breathable foam was specially designed with an in-depth ergonomic study to find and study the body-saddle contact areas with the purpose of all direct contact points. The front of the pad, in the genital area, is softer and lighter to both help reduce pressure and improve ventilation.
