SANTA CRUZ TALLBOY CC XX1 29 RSV BIKE

The SANTA CRUZ TALLBOY CC XX1 29 RSV is a full-suspended short-travel 29″ mtb perfect for both trail and enduro riding.
An all-purpose bike, with a simple and clean style that allows you to ride in an agile and snappy way uphill and to launch downhill in speed and complete safety.
The frame is made of carbon CC and the bike is equipped with a single 32 teeth crown on the front, 12-speed 10-50 sprocket set on the rear, SRAM XX1 Eagle AXS front derailleur and 29" carbon rims.
The VPP is positioned on the lower link and gives the bike an "enduro" geometry without distorting the short-travel nature with the rear shock that remains 120 mm and never reaches the end of the stroke. The bike is light, maneuverable, stable and safe on any terrain.
The VPP (Virtual Pivot Point) suspension balances all the forces acting on the frame to make the bike more stable and dynamic without compromising its ability to absorb the roughness of the terrain.
The particular geometry of the Tallboy balances the force of the push on the pedals by the rider with the traction force of the chain, reducing the compression of the central suspension and the dispersion of the force impressed on the pedals.
As far as the geometry is concerned, the steering angle is 65,5° and the inclination of the seat tube is 76°. The steering angle can vary from 65.5° to 65.7° while the height of the bottom bracket can vary from 38 to 40 mm: in this way the behavior of the front axle becomes more "nervous", while in a more collected mode it is the rear axle that becomes significantly more progressive at the suspension level.
The flip-chip positioned on the rear axle allows to lengthen/shorten the axle and the wheelbase of the bike, making it go from a more controlled and manageable set-up (with a shorter wheelbase) to a more elongated and even more stable one on fast stretches.
