The Shimano 105 electronic drivetrain is easy to maintain, the hydraulic disc brakes are powerful, and the DT R 470 Disc wheels are very durable; an unwavering workhorse for your rides.

SPECIALIZED AETHOS COMP 2024 BIKE KEY FEATURES:

• The Aethos frame is designed to create the perfect combination of ride quality, lightness, and style—to accelerate even on steep climbs, descend from the most technical descents, and be comfortable even during long Sunday rides. But you might wonder, how did we do it? We reinvented the traditional shape of the racing bike of the past, slightly changing it to optimize rigidity and balance, without compromising weight or strength. The Aethos is more than a new bike, it's the beginning of a new generation.
• An extremely lightweight frame is pointless if the riding characteristics don't inspire confidence. That's why for the Aethos, we sought the perfect mix of stiffness on the front and rear in relation to ride quality. By studying the flexibility and every minute detail of the carbon fibers, we learned a lot about how forces pass through the frame. A few pedal strokes will be enough for you to realize that the Aethos represents a new standard in riding.
• Every detail, from the derailleur support to the expander on the stem, has been designed with style, weight, and strength in mind. We have also included the new Alpinist carbon seatpost to shave off additional weight and optimize riding characteristics—all for perfect handling.
