The SPECIALIZED ROVAL TRAVERSE SL II 240 6B 29 28 HOLES FRONT WHEEL is perfect for trail enthusiasts with an agile and controlled riding style. The specific front/rear rims with an optimized lay up offer 15% greater resistance on the front and 25% on the rear, compared to the previous version.
Compared to the previous Traverse SL, the new wheels provide 21% greater vibration absorption in the vertical plane, thanks to the specific front and rear layup. The shape of the rims allows controlled flexion for greater traction and therefore unrivaled control.
The optimized and flat profile ('flat top') means that greater forces (85%) are required for pinching to occur compared to a classic rounded profile.
The Roval ThreadBed Valve screws directly into the rim, eliminating compression pawls, air leaks due to rim flexing, and also makes tire installation easier, also reducing the formation of lumps in the sealant.
