• LIGHTWEIGHT: The Roval Rapide CLX II Team wheels weigh only 1,360g without valves or tape, thanks to the new carbon rim lay-up and the new Roval LF hub. Over 100 carbon lay-up variants and hundreds of rim prototypes tested resulted in a 40g weight savings per rim, while the new low-flange hub saves 50g. We also optimized the logos and finishes to save further weight, shaving a total of 130g off the overall system weight.
• THE FASTEST RACING WHEELS: Speed is about a balanced combination of the proven Rapide rim profile, DT Swiss Aerolite II spokes, and the all-new Roval LF hub, resulting in a 0.5-watt reduction in drag compared to our Rapide CLX II wheels. So the fastest wheels in the bunch just got even faster. A 0.5-watt reduction may not seem like much, but over a 40km distance, it equates to a second of time.
