These Wahoo cleats allow you to walk and pedal in complete safety. They retain all the advantages of the SPEEDPLAY pedal system but the spring-loaded, easy-action mechanism allows the foot to be easily engaged/disengaged.

WAHOO SPEEDPLAY TENSIONED CLEATS MAIN FEATURES:

• Easy-action spring: a spring mechanism allows the pedal to be easily engaged.
• High comfort: low-profile knurled design and rubberized texture provide better traction and improved walkability.
• Three-axis adjustment: three-axis adjustment to find the right fit and improve performance through better biomechanics on the bike.
• Forward and backward movement can be adjusted by up to 14 mm to lock the cleat support base on the underside of the shoe.
• Precise adjustment on both sides: left/right adjustment allows further adjustment of cleat positioning. The cleat spring housing plate allows side-to-side flexibility of up to 8 mm.
• Rotational free float: 1 - 15 degrees of micro-adjustable free float for the right amount of movement.
