The new integrated Colnago CC.01 handlebar will also be available with the C68. Unlike most integrated handlebars, which are built using multiple carbon layers glued together (both in the bar and the stem), the Colnago CC.01 is made from a single piece, fully monocoque, resulting in significant weight savings and improved stiffness.

This technical choice was made possible through a special mold design that allows for four different handlebar widths (370, 390, 410, and 430 mm measured center-to-center at the top) combined with seven different stem lengths (80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130, and 140 mm), offering 16 total combinations.

It features a relatively long reach, a compact drop, and a moderate flare (+2 cm), but no outsweep. The drops have a 2 cm flare (e.g., a 410 mm top becomes 430 mm at the bottom), except for the 370 mm version, which has a 14 mm flare. The reach is 80 mm (75 mm for the 370 size) and the drop is 122 mm (119 mm for the 370 size). The stem angle is 84 degrees.

The wider base of the drop significantly improves bike handling on descents, while the overall design addresses the modern need for improved aerodynamics to enhance performance.

The longer stem (compared to the standard 75 mm of compact handlebars) provides a more “in the bike” position during descents and offers a much wider flat surface, improving palm comfort with all types of brake levers. The Colnago CC.01 handlebar is designed for modern wired and wireless electronic groupsets and internal cable routing, but is also compatible with external routing and rim brakes.

The Colnago CC.01 handlebar is lighter than the market average when compared to other internally-routed handlebars (weighing 310 g for the 110-410 size).

The minimal paint finish was chosen for weight savings: the handlebar will be available in a single color version, featuring glossy black graphics on a matte black finish.

The Colnago CC.01 handlebar has been aerodynamically optimized.

The CC.01 is backward compatible with C64 and V3Rs models, both rim and disc versions.

The Colnago CC.01 will include a dedicated computer mount with a GoPro-style bayonet attachment and two different mount lengths, compatible with Garmin, Wahoo, Bryton, and Hammerhead devices.

The handlebar kit is completed by a set of dedicated spacers, a stem cap containing a multitool, and an optional cap that allows for fork height adjustment before cutting.
