EVIL THE EPOCALYPSE FOX XT LOOPHOLES HYDRA BIKE

EVIL THE EPOCALYPSE BIKE is the first e-mtb from the Bellingham-based manufacturer. The bike takes its inspiration from the Wreckoning, has a carbon fibre frame, 29" wheels and capacity, size and suspension for the most demanding off-road use. It also has the typical Delta System suspension scheme designed by Dave Weagle for Evil and modified to adopt the Shimano EP8 motor.
The bike has 166mm of rear travel, Fox 38 Factory fork, Fox Float X2 Factory shock absorber, one-piece rear triangle with SuperBoost thru-axle (12x157mm) and can mount 220mm discs and tyres up to 2.6".

• Shimano EP8 motor pumping up to 85Nm of torque into the pedals.
• The integrated 630Wh battery is the meeting point between maximum range and minimum weight. How these watts are consumed or stored is entirely up to you.
• The EP8 motor with Evil regulation offers two power profiles with which to unleash yourself: profile 1 delivers maximum Epocalyptic watts while profile 2 delivers more conservative power, so you can ride the distance without the fear of an unexpected stop.
• The Shimano E-Tube Project app allows you to adjust support and assistance modes and torque settings for a truly personalised experience.
  35mm carbon handlebar with internal cable routing. It has a rise of 35 mm, an upward tilt of 5° and a downward tilt of 8° and is suitable for a width of 760-810 mm.
• The new split-yoke design allows us to maintain short 442mm chainstays, enabling riders to juggle incredibly technical climbs and easily pull themselves up for manuals and trails.
• The combination of a wider main pivot and a unified one-piece rear triangle results in greater stiffness and strength, so you can flex on your fellow travellers instead of your bike.
• The 157mm dropout spacing allows us to achieve a wider and stiffer spoke design and a wider swingarm. The rear end design was conceived to support the tyre space around a 29 x 2.6" tread, allowing plenty of rubber to keep the wheels on the ground without sacrificing the playful feel of the rear end.
• The flip-chip allows the bottom bracket to be lowered and loosens the front end for a more aggressive stance, without changing the characteristic DELTA lever curve.
• A robust custom skid plate, integrated chain guard and rubber chainstay protector protect the bike.
