Over hundreds of virtual simulations and carbon prototype tests, we perfected our carbon layups to deliver consistent torsional stiffness and flex profiles across all frame sizes. The SB160's kinematics have been refined for increased travel, with improved bottom-out control, while maintaining a relatively linear progression curve. Why a linear curve? FASTER BALANCED SPEED: Our factory team wanted even more speed confidence. So we fine-tuned the geometry with a bit more reach, rebalanced front and rear centers, and specific seat tube and seat tube angles for each size. It's our geometry that inspires more confidence. And it's optimized based on frame size, ensuring athletes of all sizes and styles have a position that prioritizes speed and efficiency.

• Internal cable routing with secure closures at entry and exit points that eliminate cable noise and friction. Whether using a mechanical transmission and dropper, or a wireless setup, cable management is intuitively easy and quiet.
• Threaded bottom bracket: Threaded aluminum bottom bracket shell with integrated ISCG-05 tabs. This critical transmission interface is now stronger, cleaner, and easier to maintain.
• In case of hanger breakage, new Yeti models use the Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH) interface, the industry standard rear derailleur support.
