FOX 38 FLOAT FACTORY KASHIMA FLOAT 29 F-S 170 GRIP2 HSC/LSC ORNG KX110 FORK

The FOX 38 FLOAT FACTORY KASHIMA FLOAT 29 F-S 170 GRIP2 HSC/LSC ORNG KX110 R44 2023-2024 fork is perfect for mounting on mtb Enduro bikes with 170 mm of travel. It has the exact same revolutionary features as the 36 but redefines the characteristics of a long travel single crown fork and sets a new benchmark in safety, performance and durability.
Floating axles offer a distinct performance advantage due to their unique ability to match the exact width of the fork wheel mounting surface with the front hub flange spacing, thus creating perfect frame alignment and eliminating unwanted friction between the upper and lower fork legs. Floating axles provide much smoother suspension movement throughout the fork's entire travel, greatly improving feel and overall ride quality.
The Fox 38 fork features a new patent-pending quick-release floating lever pivot system that combines the advantages of a floating pivot with the ease of tool-free quick release. With this system, spacing is locked by a floating stanchion, which allows the front wheel to be repeatedly removed and reinstalled while maintaining perfect fork alignment. The positioning of the floating stanchion is preset at the factory, so if you are unsure how to use the floating axle system or simply don't want to deal with it, you can simply install the front wheel and continue your ride.

The Kabolt-X pivot axle is a lightweight floating axle that reduces weight and increases torsional rigidity due to its single-sided, sleeperless pivot design. Frame alignment must be restored each time the front wheel is removed and reinstalled on either the Kabolt-X or 40 floating axle, but the end result is the same: perfect alignment and flawless performance.
As the fork compresses, the volume of air inside the lower legs decreases, increasing air pressure. The more the fork compresses, the more the pressure increases. This effect can have the unintended consequence of preventing full travel from being achieved. Bypass channels, located in the lower part of the fork, help alleviate this problem by dramatically increasing the volume of air inside, thus reducing the amount of unwanted additional pressure ramps.
Lower leg oil is circulated to the top of the lower legs, continuously lubricating the foam rings and bushings as the fork compresses and extends during its travel.
The lower leg bleeding system allows pressure to be equalized with the push of a button. Pressure buildup in the lower legs dramatically reduces fork performance, preventing maximum travel and decreasing sensitivity and responsiveness on small bumps.
Our brand new lower leg design is designed to reduce every gram possible, without compromising the stiffness and strength required by modern enduro and gravity bikes.

The arched design of this fork is meant to perfectly match modern Enduro and Downhill bikes. Steering tube profiles have become increasingly larger and fork offsets increasingly shorter. The new arch shape takes this need into account, leaning forward to provide ample head tube clearance at maximum compression.
The Grip2 shock absorber is the benchmark for unparalleled ride quality and ultra-precise adjustment. It includes Variable Valve Control (VVC) technology, which enables external fine-tuning of suspension performance. GRIP2 achieves, with the simple twist of a knob, what usually requires the time-consuming and complicated task of completely disassembling and reassembling the fork.
EVOL technology increases the volume of the negative air spring, optimizing sensitivity to small shocks. The linear curve of the EVOL spring provides smoother starting, more mid-stroke support, and more adjustable outward progression. The benefits of this technology are further enhanced by new lower leg channels and bleeders that reduce air pressure captured in the lower legs, allowing the EVOL air spring to operate freely without unwanted interference.
Factory series products feature an ultra-strong and slippery original Kashima coating.
