The SANTA CRUZ HECKLER 9 C S MX is an e-mtb with a larger interchangeable battery (720wh from 504wh), allowing riders to expand their trail map, accessing previously unreachable trails, unlocking less-used routes and getting more done in less time.
What sets Santa Cruz e-bikes apart from the crowd is the bike's trail behavior: the layering and frame design are strong enough to handle the amount of riding the ebikes allow.
The geometry has been refined through extensive testing and feedback to make it fun to ride both uphill and downhill. Finally, the legendary VPP suspension has been tuned specifically for ebike use. The 150 mm rear travel (with the 160 mm front fork) make the bike perfect for tackling all trails with slightly less anti-squat to provide glue-like traction on the climbs you will be testing yourself on.
