Here is the world's lightest and fastest full-suspension alloy bike, now in an ultra-high-performance EVO version, completely redesigned. 18.4% lighter than other similar bikes and featuring the same geometry and kinematics as our downcountry beast, the Epic 8 EVO, the new Chisel Comp EVO is built to shred trails like never before. SPEED METAL. Thanks to D'Aluisio Smartweld technology, the Chisel Comp EVO has the lightest aluminum frame in the cross-country category. The expertly crafted tubes feature different thicknesses and shapes to enhance stiffness, efficiency, and, at the same time, smoothness, comfort, and handling exactly when you need it.

EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE. With a range of trail-focused features, including a longer 130mm front travel, the Chisel EVO easily tackles the roughest terrain. With advanced suspension kinematics tuned with Ride Dynamics and a progressive geometry, the Chisel Comp EVO can handle the most demanding rides with speed and confidence.

UNMATCHED EFFICIENCY. The Chisel Comp EVO delivers the most efficient pedaling experience in its category by leveraging the geometry and kinematics of our Epic 8 EVO. The steep seat tube angle optimizes pedaling position to save energy on descents, while the refined anti-squat system reduces bobbing. The result? Every watt you generate is converted into maximum propulsion.

COMFORT AND PERFORMANCE. We developed a rear triangle with flex stays to maximize suspension performance, eliminating the extra weight and maintenance needs of traditional pivot bearings. Field and lab tests confirm that with this design—more common on carbon bikes—the Chisel Comp EVO achieves the impossible: the efficiency, handling, and lightweight feel of an advanced alloy design with flex stays.

HYDROFORMED ALLOY. The Chisel Comp EVO reduces material and weight thanks to a one-piece hydroformed seat tube that integrates the seat tube pivot, main pivot, and bottom bracket shell. In more traditional bikes, these elements are welded to the seat tube.
